1. G. S. Developments will conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner.

2. Prior to commencement of works, G. S. Developments confirm agreed costs and payment method.

3. Any additional costs will be agreed and confirmed in writing by both parties.

4. Public liability insurance cover is held by G. S. Developments.

5. All works undertaken are carried out by suitably qualified personnel.

6. The customer will always be informed of any delays to the completion of any work.
